Point Blank takes on Harrogate Crime Festival

The Point Blank Books team (editor Jenny Parrott, publicist Margot Weale and sales manager Thanhmai Bui-Van) went behind-the-scenes at this year’s Harrogate Crime Festival. 

Friday 20th July

8:30am: 

Harrogate bound. Highlight will be Will Dean on tomorrow’s New Blood panel. It’s going to be fun hanging out too with our Guy Bolton, Syd Moore, Karen Lee Street and Fiona Erskine. A surfeit of Point Blank brilliance!

4:55pm:

Raining in Harrogate but nothing is going to dampen our spirits. Will Dean on the New Blood panel at Theakston’s Crime Festival, and our authors Guy Bolton, Karen Lee Street, Fiona Erskine and Syd Moore to hang out with – what’s not to like? The Old Swan, where the sessions are, is behind this spectacular building on to which the Harrogate Point Blank HQ overlooks.

Saturday 21st July

12:30pm:

Standing room only! Hundreds of seats for the New Blood panel, chaired by the great Val McDermid, and with our brilliant Will Dean talking about Dark Pines. 

2pm:

Signing excitement. Will Dean and his fellow New Bloodees busy signing copies alongside Val McDermid. 

 We had a great time at Harrogate – roll on 2019!
